Plant Pick Up Policy

Our nursery operates with Saturday pick ups only. As we are a small backyard nursery working with living plants, timely collection is very important.

Orders must be collected within 14 days of purchase unless arranged otherwise prior to ordering.

While we always do our best to care for plants after purchase, we cannot guarantee plants can be held long term due to weather conditions, seasonal changes, plant health, limited space, and ongoing maintenance requirements.

Plants left uncollected beyond 14 days may no longer be eligible for replacement, refund, or credit if the plant declines, becomes unavailable, or is discarded.

If you are unable to collect your order within the collection period, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to help where we can.
