Unavailable Products

If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, a refund or store credit will be offered for the unavailable product.

Customer Satisfaction

If you are unhappy with a product you receive, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the issue. Refunds may be offered where appropriate.

Untracked Seed Shipping

Our reduced price seed shipping option does not include tracking and is sent at the buyer’s risk. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds, replacements, or compensation for packages that go missing when untracked shipping has been selected.

Tracked Shipping

For orders sent with tracked shipping, refunds or replacements may be offered if the parcel is officially deemed lost by Australia Post.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order with photos so we can assist you.

Pick Up Orders

Orders must be collected within 14 days unless arranged otherwise. We cannot guarantee refunds for uncollected orders or plants left beyond the collection period.
