STANDARD DELIVERY
We offer Australia wide standard shipping on our dried herbs, seeds, and select products via Australia Post. Please note that live plants are not available for shipping.
Seed Reduced Price Shipping is an untracked, lower cost option offered for seeds only. This option is sent at the buyer’s risk and delivery updates are not available. Once lodged with Australia Post, we are not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged items with no tracking.
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1 to 5 business days once payment is received. Our main posting days are usually Tuesdays & Fridays.
Delivery times vary depending on location and can take up to 21 business days. If you have selected a tracked option, you will be able to follow your parcel using your tracking details.
If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe within 21 business days, we recommend checking with your local post office or reviewing your tracking details (if applicable).

Local Pick-Up – Saturdays 9am–10am
Our nursery operates with Saturday pick-ups only. As a small backyard nursery working with living plants, timely collection is very important.
We offer a weekly local pick-up every Saturday between 9am and 10am from our nursery in Maida Vale, WA. Simply select the “Pick-Up” option at checkout and we’ll have your order ready for collection. This is the best way to collect your plants fresh and avoid shipping delays.
Orders must be collected within 14 days of purchase unless arranged otherwise prior to ordering.
While we always do our best to care for plants after purchase, we cannot guarantee plants can be held long term due to weather conditions, seasonal changes, plant health, limited space, and ongoing maintenance requirements.
Plants left uncollected beyond 14 days may no longer be eligible for replacement, refund, or credit if the plant declines, becomes unavailable, or is discarded.
If you are unable to collect your order within the collection period, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to help where we can.
