At Made For The Earth, our mission is to inspire and educate gardeners on sustainable growing of medicinal plants. We strive to provide valuable insights on home herb cultivation, emphasizing the nurturing of desired plants and the effective management and utilization of weed-type species. Our dream is to create a vibrant community where herbalists and home gardeners can come together to share plant wisdom, revitalizing lost herbs in our gardens. Additionally, we aim to expand and grow our farm to supply fresh seeds and plants in our home state Western Australia.
HOME COMPOSTABLE ALL THE WAY
In keeping with our commitment to sustainability, we strive to reduce our carbon emissions and plastic usage. This extends to our packaging, which is carefully selected to minimize our impact on the environment.
Our packages are made from recycled cardboard or compostable courier satchels from The Better Packaging Co. To pad our mailers, we use recycled and recyclable paper materials. Any oversized items are shipped in recycled cardboard boxes, padded with reused and recyclable paper materials, and sealed with ComPOST Tape from The Better Packaging Co.
We are proud to use home compostable labels and packaging for our earth medicine products, made from nature flex material and plant-based inks. In addition, we use glass jars that can be reused multiple times, further reducing our environmental footprint.
