Organically Grown Comfrey Leaf (Symphytum officinale)

Weight: 25g

Uses:

Comfrey leaf has traditionally been used to promote the healing of bruises, sprains, and muscle pain when applied topically. It contains allantoin, which is believed to support cell regeneration and tissue repair. Note: Internal consumption of comfrey is not recommended due to the presence of pyrrolizidine alkaloids (PAs).

Preparations:

For external use only. Prepare as a poultice by steeping 1-2 tsp of dried comfrey in hot water, allowing it to cool slightly, and applying to the affected area.
