GROWING CONDITIONS

Season: Early Spring to Late Autumn - Biennial

Soil: Rich and Well Draining

Watering: Water Regularly

Position: Loves Full Sun to Can Tolerate Part Shade

Fertilizing: Compost, Manure, Liquid Feed

Use: Harvest leaves & flowers to make tinctures, herbal oil, and tea. Medicinally, coltsfoot relieves inflammation & helps soothe an inflamed bronchi during illness. Coltsfoot has been used traditionally as a remedy for the respiratory tract, including bronchitis.

Growing Tips: Needs a lot of room to spread. Plant Height can reach up to 160cm. Very hardy. Avoid watering leaves. Needs constant harvesting or pruning. VERY INVASIVE Best to keep in a large pot.
