Commonly used as a natural dye for fabric. Flowers are used to make a yellow colour and leaves can be used to make many shades of green.

GROWING CONDITIONS

Season:  Autumn to Summer / Perennial

Soil: Soil should retain moisture well without being too wet.

Watering: Keep moist, Well Draining

Position:  Full Sun, Can Tolerate Part Shade

Fertilising:  Compost, Manure, Liquid feed

Use: Commonly used as a natural dye for fabric. Flowers are used to make a yellow colour and leaves can be used to make many shades of green. Can be drunk as a tea
